This notice applies to crypto.vu websites, accounts, research tools, email programs, paid access, and inquiry forms.
Information you provide
This may include your name, email address, phone number, account preferences, saved plan assumptions, percentage portfolio allocations, inquiry text, employment-interest information, subscription status, and correspondence. crypto.vu does not ask for seed phrases or private keys and you must not submit them.
Information collected automatically
Security logs may contain an IP address, browser information, timestamps, requested pages, and error details. Essential cookies or local browser storage may remember authentication, theme, consent, and a returning recipient on the same browser.
How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, save requested work, deliver emails you separately requested, process payments, provide support, review applications, prevent abuse, maintain security, diagnose errors, and comply with legal obligations. It is not sold for money.
Service providers
crypto.vu uses service providers for hosting, database and authentication, payment processing, transactional email, media production, and social publishing. Current providers may include Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, ElevenLabs, and Metricool. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role under its own terms.
Payments
Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe, not stored by crypto.vu. crypto.vu receives identifiers, billing status, price, renewal dates, and limited customer details needed to provide and manage access.
Email choices
Account messages, requested one-time deliveries, Crypto Market Alerts, Newsletter, orientation messages, Plan Monitor, and monthly member reports are treated as separate permissions where applicable. Marketing or research email includes an unsubscribe method. Essential account and billing messages may still be sent.
Meta Advertising Measurement
With your optional consent, Meta Pixel may receive visits to selected public pages, cookie identifiers, IP addresses, browser information, and ad attribution data. Meta processes this information under its own privacy policy to measure advertising and relate activity to its services. We do not send portfolios, balances, payment information, or form fields to the pixel, and do not enable automatic advanced matching. You can reject measurement or withdraw consent using the Cookies button without losing service access. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Retention
Account information is retained while the account is active and for a limited period needed for security, disputes, tax, and legal obligations. Inquiry records are retained only while they remain useful for response, compliance, or documented business history. Users can request deletion, subject to records that must lawfully be retained.
Your choices and rights
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or information about disclosure of personal data. Requests can be submitted through the Contact page under Privacy or data request.
Security
crypto.vu uses access controls, encrypted transport, server-only credentials, database row-level security, and restricted administrative access. No online system can promise absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly and never send credentials through a form.
Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. crypto.vu does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International processing
Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your location.
Changes
This notice may change when the service, providers, or applicable requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain published here.
